We stand behind our products with the same confidence we have in our complete curtain pole sets. Most unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some exclusions apply (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-cut fabrics by the metre (unless faulty)
  • Made-to-order items like our portieres and ironwork fireguards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Any used or damaged products
