Our Hunstanton velvets come in a collection of contemporary tones inspired by the sea and skyscapes of north Norfolk as we wanted the range to evoke the dramatic sunsets and vast, stretched out sands of Hunstanton and the surrounding coastline. Velvet has seen a huge resurgence in popularity recently thanks to the trend for dramatic interior colours based in far eastern colour themes. Characterised by its rich depth of colour and ‘nap’ – the rough/smooth feeling you get when you run your hand down a length of velvet – the fabric is covetable for headboards, drapes, cushions and upholstery.

Colour variations can occur between different batches of fabric and is to be expected with any natural fibre. If you are using this fabric more than once in the same room, we recommend ordering the whole amount needed in one go to ensure that it comes from the same batch (this includes matching to any shades previously purchased from us). If this is not possible, please ask for a stock cutting from the current batch and check the fabric on receipt as, once cut to length, our fabrics are non-returnable unless faulty.
